I’m a Veterinary Nurse based in Salt Lake City, where I was born and raised. I’ve been practicing in the field since 2012, when I began at my first veterinary hospital. From the beginning, I knew I had found my calling, caring for animals and supporting their well-being.

As my experience grew, so did my interest in the medical side of animal care. I had the opportunity to work in general practice, emergency care, and specialty surgery. In 2018, I earned my Veterinary Technology degree from San Juan College in New Mexico.

I have worked alongside some of Utah’s most talented doctors and specialty surgeons and remain deeply committed not only to animal health but also to the client experience. Through Traveling Animal Nurse, my goal is to provide skilled, compassionate care, including in-home nursing treatments, specialty services, and transportation, to help ease the stress that pets and their families often face with traditional veterinary visits.

I will treat your pets like they are my own!

I am a proud fur mama of one beautiful Border Collie Mix. I rescued "Sokka" from my general practice clinic in 2016. This handsome boy was brought into the clinic with a fractured femur from a horse kick. "Sokka" was a cattle herding dog and the owner opted not to surgically repair the fractured leg and relinquished "Sokka" to the clinic. After two weeks and a long fracture repair surgery I was able to bring him home. He has adapted to being a house dog quite well and has never had a bad encounter with a horse since!

Our Mascot, Sweetie Boy

This is Sweetie, our mascot for Traveling Animal Nurse. He was my childhood dog and he lived to the ripe age of 13 years old. This dog holds a very special place in my heart. I grew up with him by my side. He was there through my childhood, my high school years, and my young adulthood. He was there when I got my first job working at a Veterinary Hospital and was a blood donor dog for multiple patients there. He passed away in 2017 from Pneumonia. The hole he left in this world will never be filled. When I see his face it brings me back to what is important, and to me, that is my passion for animals.
